French Sales Administrator

Job Description

French company based in Central London dedicated to the design and distribution of top end
furniture is currently seeking to recruit a French speaking Sales Administrator. You will be in
charge of the follow up and control of the client order book, will give support to the Sales
team and will guaranty the accuracy and the control of orders entered into the in-house
software. You will work closely with the Administration, Finance and Logistics teams.
 

ROLE:
• Ensuring accuracy of client orders on a regular basis (control and follow up in in-house
sales software)

• Check all orders entered by Sales team each month,
• Verify calculations and inputs,
• Carry investigations out with Sales persons, Logistics staff and Managers,
• Preparing data reporting: Highlighting and isolating orders that require specific
attention from management (low or absence of deposit, high discount, cancellations,
etc)

• Preparing monthly performance reports for each branch and salesperson
• Providing technical support to the Sales team for sales software,
• Amending/updating orders required by the Sales team and authorized by the
Administration and/or the Commercial Manager,
• Following up and updating client receipts, including credit control and missing
payments,
• Following up intercompany sales within the Group worldwide
• Assisting in export sales and issuing relevant export documentation where required
• Coordinating VAT refunds and liaising with shipping companies for export
documentation
• Preparing commercial invoices and statements
• General ad-hoc administration duties (ex. ordering office supplies),
• Other duties you will be asked to perform from time to time.


PROFILE:
• Fluent French and English
• Previous experience of working within an administrative role
• Excellent attention to details, rigorous
• Highly organized
• Excellent communication skills, strong team player
• Ability to work on own initiative and to meet short deadlines
• Good Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel )
• Skills in accountancy software (SAGE) would be a plus


SALARY:
£22K-£24K/year depending on experience
40hours a week – 9am to 6pk with an hour for lunch
