French speaking Credit Advisor

Job Description

 

HR Globally Talent is an International Recruitment Agency based in Europe with representation worldwide and now we are looking for French speaking Credit Advisor who want to join this great opportunity and gain valuable working experience abroad.

You will work for our client, a high quality contact centre outsourcing company, in international surrounding with skilled expert employees, delivering business-to-business and business-to-consumer support.

 

Duties and responsibilities:

Handling customers queries (phone calls, emails and chats)

Analysing, troubleshooting and maintaining product packages

Maintaining customer relationships

Managing a confidential database through accurate and efficient data entry

 

Skills and qualification:

Excellent communication skills

Strong knowledge of MS Office

Native French speaker and fluent English

Ability to work under pressure

Experience in Financial/ Accounting sector essential (Minimum 1 year)
