French speaking Customer Care Assistant-JO-1603-44020

Our partner is among the largest oil companies of the world. In Budapest they operate a shared service centre which provides high standard customer service, financial and procurement support. With more than 1000 employees from almost 30 countries they have a truly multicultural and dynamic team. For them we are looking for:
French Speaking Customer Care Assistant

In this role you will act as first point of contact for the French customers of the company. You will be in daily contact with them via phone and e-mail, the main focus is solving their upcoming problems and answering questions related to the company’s products or services in a polite and timely manner. As a customer care assistant you will be also responsible for keeping the customer database always updated plus you maytake part in different process improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate:

We are looking for candidates with advanced/native French language knowledge: you will be in daily contact with the French customers via phone and e-mail so speaking the language on a high level is essential for the role. English is used for the inner communication, so at least intermediate level is needed. Customer oriented approachgreat communication and problem solving skills are also required.
