French Speaking Customer Service Representative For large e-commerce Provider Dublin

What are we looking for?
We are looking for a near native French speaker who so has an extremely high level of English as you will required to converse in both languages to clients and customers, as well as coaching new hires in English too. It is crucial that you have at least 2 years previous experience in a call centre environment.

What will you do in this Job?
As part of your duties for this French speaking customer service representative you will be required to chat, discuss and solve any and all customer queries in both French and English via phone, email and online chat. You will be working with various other departments in order to resolve any problems customers may have. You would be working in a fast paced environment where you would need to prioritise your workload in order to achieve KPI’s and team targets. You will be required to deliver high quality service in your feedback to customers in regards to their satisfaction and overall experience with the brand, as well as that we expect you to be a team player and that you are open to taking on more responsibilities.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a near native French speaker who has an excellent level of English, especially since you will be required to deliver a high quality service via both French and English. In order to be successful for this customer service job we are looking for you to have at least 2 years previous experience in customer service. You need to know your way around Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. You will need to put reports together that will identify possible improvements that may be needed, as a high quality overall customer service is important to our client.

Where would you be working?
Blanchardstown is where this French speaking Customer Service Representative Job is based. It is a large suburb that is only 20 minutes’ drive from Dublin city centre and with plenty of options in regards to public transport, getting around has never been easier, but if you don’t fancy the city there is always Blanchardstown shopping centre where there are many shops, restaurants, pubs, cafes and activities to do.

Interview & Salary:
The interview process involves 2 face to face interviews in our client’s office in Blanchardstown. Unfortunately there is no relocation package or travel refund offered for this job so if you currently live abroad it would be up to you to fund your travels and be available at short notice, however if you already live in Ireland that makes things easier for yourself.

You would be looking at a salary of €25,000 but for the right candidate with an exceptional CV and/or experience we would be willing to negotiate a slightly higher wage.
