French speaking Customer Services Team Leader

Job Description

Strong Recruitment specialise in the tourism sector and we work with many roles in various areas of the tourism sector.

The role of Team Leader in the Customer Relations Team involves :

-Ensures the team answer client queries well

-Develop product knowledge to be able to train the team on product and customer services

-Handle queries and complaints professionally

-Work with internal departments including overseas offices

Successful Team Leader candidates should have the following experience :

-Fluency in French and English

-Minimum 2 years experience working in the tourism industry

-Customer Relations experience

-Great time management and organisational skills

-Have a positive attitude

Preferred candidates will have worked with a tourism product and/or an online travel company
