French Speaking Front Line Manager Poland

What are we looking for?

What will you do in this job?
As a front line manager, you will be working closely and providing technical support to our client’s helpdesk and I.M. Support teams, so we are looking for a highly technical French speaker for this Frontline Manager Job. As well as that you will also be providing IT Support to customers and end user too. You will be required to monitor phone queues, email box’s closing tickets and follow up with customers and vendors.

Who are we looking for?
To become the next French Front line manager, we are looking for a near native French speaker with a good knowledge of English. You have previous experience in a call centre in Technical and Customer Service. You have experience in a management role working as a supervisor in the management of a tech support/ helpdesk centre.
We are looking for a French speaker who has a good working knowledge of Windows operating systems, support for laptops, desktop and printers and Microsoft Office. You are familiar with KPIs, SLAs and targets.

Interview & Salary
The interview process for this French Front Line Manager Job has 3 stages, i.e. phone interview, a face-to-face interview, and a technical exam to test your skills.
Your salary being in Poland will be in Polish Zloty and you will be looking at receiving between 5600 – 6100 gross per month.
