French speaking part-time Property Sales Administrator

Our client is a leading eCommerce company, specialising in luxury residential and commercial property sales across France.

Working on a 3 day per week, part time basis, they wish to recruit a French speaking Sales Administrator. Your role will include the following duties and responsibilities:

  • Dealing with applicant enquiries, answering property queries and suggesting suitable properties
  • Contacting agents in France
  • Registering applicants and making viewing appointments
  • Organising itineraries and following up applicants who have viewed
  • Translating property descriptions from French INTO English
  • Resizing and optimising images and uploading these details to the website
  • Maintaining and trouble-shooting the computer network when necessary
  • Assisting with placing advertisements on a monthly basis.


  • Fluency in English and French is essential
  • Able to translate from French INTO English
  • Excellent IT and fast touch-typing skills and, ideally, knowledge of Photoshop
  • A good telephone manner and good communication skills
  • A keen interest in France and French property would be an advantage
  • Ideally live in close proximity to South West London
  • Able to work 3 days per week, of which 2 MUST be Thursday and Friday

£25,000 pro rata (approx. £15,000 for 3 days per week)
