French Speaking Team Manager

Permanent Full-time

£30K - £38K + Benefits

North-West London

We are currently recruiting for French speaking Team Manager for our client, a company within leisure, travel and tourism sector. You will be responsible for dealing with high profile members on a daily basis.

Shifts will be rotating between 7am and 10pm.

5 out of 7 working days including weekends.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and keep your team motivated.
  • Train and recruit new members when necessary.
  • Be responsible for the strategy of your team.
  • Providing good customer service and constantly improving the quality.

You need to have:

  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Experience managing a service delivery team of at least 6-8 people preferably within the travel industry.
  • Seasoned in the development and execution of team and department-level strategies.
  • Proven capability to own and lead projects.
  • Computer literate to a high level and proficient with all Microsoft Office programmes (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Preferably educated to an undergraduate level.
