French Speaking Customer Helpdesk Support
25,000 Euros with bonuses
Free relocation to Greece, live and work from Athens.

The role on offer for the right candidate is someone is working with the largest household, FTSE top 50 brand in the world. You will be a second line technical support and should be able to solve most issues with a 90% success rate. You will be handling issues through collaboration, resolution or escalation processes. You will need a great set of soft skills and technical skills when dealing with clients.
You will also be required to communicate in French and English, able to talk and write to a C1-C2 level. I also require 2 years minimum experience in the role.
