French speaking Trainer

Your challenge

This client is looking for someone to develop an in-house training program for employees to support and drive performance improvement. It will be your role to nurture new talent from their first day training and your responsibility to oversee their development. Therefore you will need to be a patient individual who has all the skills associated with being a good teacher in order to positively affect employees.s onto the floor

Your resume

•    Fluent in both written and spoken French & English
•    Previous experience in a sales training position within a call centre environment
•    Proven managerial experience in a sales environment
•    Passionate about Sales
•   Tech Savy
•   Develop Strategies to implement OOS processes/targets
•   Flexibility in adapting to change
•    A training qualification would be advantageous
