Your role will involve working as a team leader for a team of 15 Customer Service Representatives. You will be responsible for this team’s success and continuous improvement. This role will increase you managerial and leadership skills while allowing you to gain international experience in the beautiful location of Lisbon! Some of your daily tasks will include:
- Ensuring the accomplishment of internal objectives
- Motivating your team, and managing them on a day to day basis.
- Leading a team of market analysts, monitoring their productivity and quality KPI's according to project strategies.
- Preparing training materials that contribute to the development of the team
- Preparing analysis and reports regarding collected data
- Liaising with other departments, you will help ensure the success of your team
- Fluency in both written and spoken French
- Previous experience in managing a Contact Centre or Customer Service team
- Previous experience in marketing or digital marketing would be a bonus!
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to take the lead, motivate and inspire your team
- Ability to make decisions and work well under pressure
