French Supervisor 3200

Your Challenge

You will be representing a multinational publishing and education firm, providing excellent customer services to clients across phone, email and live chat. In return, the company will provide you with excellent perks, world-class training and an amazing international experience. Some of your daily tasks will include:

•Ensuring that SLA's are being met by monitoring productivity, calls, breaks, absenteeism, annual leave etc

•Keeping your team motivated and providing ongoing feedback on performance and how to improve

•Ensuring targets are being met and that the team is sufficiently motivated to meet these targets

•Providing support to any escalated inquiries

•Processing orders

•Pursuing sales

Your Resume

•Fluency in written and spoken French

•Previous management experience in a contact centre environment in required

•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

•IT literacy including MS Office and Internet applications

•An interest in education and publishing, or a background in these areas would be advantageous but not essential.

•Previous experience in a similar role in a Contact Centre environment would be a bonus, but not essential.
