French Technical Support

Job Description

Our client is a global service provider in learning solutions and supporting staff: from business process outsourcing to the training of essential skills. They are active in the automotive industry and other hi-tech manufacturing industries. We are recruiting for a French speaker that also speaks fluent  Dutch or English and  who is fulltime available. To qualify for this position you need to have knowledge and experience within the automotive industry. 

In this role you will provide advice and service to customers via phone, e-mail and social media. You are in direct contact with the customers and customer satisfction is your number one priority. Your job is also to optimize and ensure the quality of customer contacts.

Desired skills & experience:
- Speak French on a near native level
- Speak fluent Dutch OR English
- Knowledge of automotive technology =  must
- Service oriented and experience in customer service
- Immediately available
- Independent and accurate
- You are fun to work wit
