French Technical Support Professional Level 3

Your challenge 

Your role within this international organisation will be to provide third level customer support to customers who are experiencing issues with their products. This role requires a highly skilled technical person who keeps a cool head under pressure; it will be your responsibility to solve issues which are too complex for more junior members of staff. This role offers you world class training and experience, representing one of the world’s leading technology brands. Some of the tasks you will undertake daily include:
•    Providing advanced support to customers who are experiencing significant technical issues with their products
•    Maintain a high level of technical product knowledge in the specified products and become knowledgeable in new products as assigned
•    Troubleshoot supported applications on all operating systems that run this clients products
•    Use troubleshooting techniques where required to solve customer problems effectively
•    Log all client complains/issues/queries into the company’s CRM and record any actions taken to address them
•    Work well as part of a team in order to meet goals and achieve set targets

Your resume

•    Fluent in French and English both written and verbal 
•    University degree/diploma in a Technical subject area and/or Technical support work experience equivalent
•    Working knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems
•    Working knowledge of Business line Microsoft applications i.e. Windows Server, Exchange, SQL, SharePoint
•    Very good technical knowledge and understanding of server computer architecture
•    Can adapt to the fast paced technology environment which is always changing and updating  
•    Strong problem solving and trouble shooting skills – analytical thinker
•    Good communication skills both written and verbal
•    Ability to work in a time critical environment and thrive in a target driven environment
