French WITH Spanish Customer Service - Sofia Bulgaria

Job Summary
This is a French Speaking Customer Service job for those who ALSO speak Spanish and love following the latest technology trends, keeping up to day with mobile apps and for who enjoys wearing or having the latest gadgets. Our client in Sofia, Bulgaria is looking for someone who is extremely customer focused and who has a bit of technical knowhow. We are looking for near native French speakers with excellent Spanish and English too, that has previous experience in Customer Service and/or IT Support, a bit of both would be perfect. As the customer care job is based in Sofia Bulgaria your will be paid in Bulgarian Lev so just keep that in mind and if you are successful you will receive 1667 BGN gross per month, along with some other interesting benefits that we can talk more about.

What will you do in this job?
You will provide customer care for our clients candidates via phone and email where you will help in resolving problems that those customers have reported on their technical devices. You will be responsible for some simple troubleshooting and remember that you must document all issues you work on. You will be in contact with level 2 and 3 IT Support if the problem needs to be escalated, so just keep that in mind, because you will only be dealing with simple issues. You will receive targets and be expected to meet them, but it's not all work, our clients likes to let their employees test out their new gadgets, so there can always be a bit of fun in the office.

Who are we looking for?
In order to be successful in getting this French + Spanish customer service job we are looking for someone who is fluent in French + Spanish and has an excellent level of English, not forgetting that you have excellent communication skills in both French + Spanish and English too. We are looking for someone who has at least 6 months previous experience in customer service and/or IT support. It would be ideal if technology excites you and obviously you want to move to Belfast for the job.

Interview & Salary
The interview for this French + Spanish Customer Service Job will take place over the phone and via email assessments. You will first have a quick 1st round phone screening followed by an in-depth written email assessment. If you pass these rounds a final in-depth phone interview will be held before you receive a possible offer.
If you are successful you will be offered a yearly salary of 1667 BGN (gross per month) along with great benefits such as a possible bonus upon meeting targets. There also a relocation package on offer for those that will need it i.e. flights over and the first few days of accommodation covered.
