Your challenge

Your role within this organisation will be to provide Customer Support via phone, e-mail and live chat. The company is looking for someone who is passionate about the Gaming industry and who can provide customers with genuine understanding regarding the problems they are experiencing and produce educated solutions. Someone who is empathetic, understanding and who has a passion for gaming would be the ideal candidate for this role. Sound familiar? Here are some tasks you will be undertaking daily:

•    Communicating with customers via phone, e-mail and live chat 
•    Analysing and troubleshooting technical and IT issues
•    Providing support with regards to payment, subscription, instillation, and syncing issues
•    Providing product advice
•    Processing online orders 

Your resume

•    Fluency in English
•    Proven previous experience in a Support Centre environment 
•    Passion and interest in the Gaming industry 
•    Good technical ability with experience of online applications
•    Ability to problem solve efficiently and effectively
•    Good interpersonal skills with the ability to provide customers with genuine support
