German Business Sales Specialist

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire sales cycle following the client’s processes and procedures
  • Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs
  • Generate new sales using existing and potential customer networks
  • Developing long-term positive customer relationships
  • Achieve and exceed sales and other targets set by the business
  • Promoting the products and services of the company by means of knowledge, attitude, information
  • Documenting all operations in the company’s database, according to the work procedures
  • Compliance with company regulations with regards to Data Protection and Information Security

Requirements:

  • Native speaker of the following languages:  German
  • Good level of English language
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales
  • Excellent communication and negotiating skills
  • Sales driven and problem-solving abilities
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Proactive attitude
  • Team spirit
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
