German Car Brand Customer Support

We are looking for German speakers with a Paris dream!

Branding a product means giving a product, a face, a personality and a story: in this case it will be a car brand. 



About the Position 

  • You treat inbound and outbound calls, emails and live chats from customers 
  • You deliver the best possible level of quality and represent the car brand
  • The agent fills in and updates the database and manages the communication average time to achieve objectives.

Soft skills

  • At ease with oral expression, relationship management, team work, dedication, engagement and diligence
  • Sense of service, quality and result, with a customer-oriented twist
  • Dynamic, stress-resistant, reacting promptly and willing to propose solutions


  • German speaker (professional level) + fluent in English 
  • Knowledge of the product and the customers’ needs (after training)
  • Good knowledge of basic computer tools and specific software
  • Mastering techniques of distant customer relationship management: advice, sales, care, etc.
  • Knowledge of the car industry would be an advantage

The client offers

  • Permanent contract (CDI)
  • 36 hours/week between this amplitude:
  • Monday - Friday: 8:00 -20:00
  • Saturday: 8:00 - 14:00
  • Basic salary + bonus per languages used & spoken + performance bonus 
  • 25 days off + 7 days RTT
  • Private medical insurance, pension, lunch compensation
