German Collection Specialist

Collections Specialist

Our client is a global BPO provider located in Dublin 3, Ireland who is searching for a Collections Specialist to join their expanding team.

Overall Job Purpose

The Collections Agent is responsible for the handling all customer enquiries in a client driven environment regarding payments, cash applications and outstanding balances.  The role will play a part in the development of new strategies, workflows and processes.

 

Essential Qualifications, Training and Experience:

  • 1 year minimum customer service experience in a fast paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Fluent English + German
  • Flexibility with working hours and shift patterns

 

Desirable Qualifications, Training and Experience:

  • 3rd level qualification is desirable
  • Experience in a call center environment
  • Experience in a financial services environment would be beneficial
  • Understanding of the dunning process is desirable

 

Personal Attributes required:

  • A positive attitude with strong business acumen
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with Business Managers at all levels
