German Customer Care Assistant

• All stages of a purchase;
• Advise them on payment and helping with shipping process
• Inform customers about their account settings and other queries;

Your profile:

• Fluent German, written and spoken;
• Good internet knowledge;
• Excellent communication skills in written form are an asset
• Fast learning and flexibility skills
• Experience in customer service / call center is ideal, but not mandatory
