Creative German e-Commerce Support Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for proficient German speakers who have a passion for excellent customer service and who are able to think out of the box!
Our client, a well established, multinational company is building a new German speaking customer support team for an exciting and innovative peer-to-peer e-commerce website. 

What we require:

- Fluent in German and English (written & spoken)
- Excellent customer service skills (related former experiences)
- Able to think out of the box
- Friendly and outgoing person
- Team player, empathic person, who remains calm in stressful situations

What we offer:

- Salary: 21.900 Euro + Benefits
- One month training will be provided
- Accommodation for the first two weeks (for candidates from abroad)
