This role is with a Global office supplies company who operate internationally in a number of different countries. They are currently recruiting for their Krakow offices and looking for a German speaking customer service executive. This global company offers a diverse and professional workplace with above average salaries in relation to the location, in this case the beautiful Krakow, Poland! Their office is located in a modern business park which is the central business hub in Krakow.

Your challenge

Our client is in search of someone who is not only a German speaker, but who also has excellent communication skills and can deal with customer issues effectively. Other things you will be doing will include:
 
•    Providing help via telephone to customers having issues or problems with our clients products
•    Monitoring stock levels
•    Ensuring  customers are receiving high quality products and making arrangements fix this if it is not the case
•    Order management

Your resume

•    Knowledge of both written and spoken German (B2 minimum)
•    Ability to work independently and efficiently
•    Ability to understand and provide solutions to customers problems
•    Ambition and willingness to learn and progress within company
•    Possess empathy and understanding in order to deal with customers problems effectively 
•    Excellent both written and verbal communication skills
