German Customer Service Representative

Job Description

Your challenge 

It will be your responsibility to provide customer support via email and live chat to this clients customers. There is no tele-support required with this role so if you are more comfortable communicating virtually this would suit you perfectly! This role will help you to improve your international experience and your customer service and problem solving skills. Some of your daily tasks will include:

•    Providing e-mail and chat support to customers who are having issues 
•    Keeping up with high a volume of enquiries every day
•    Finding solutions to new problems that arise each day

Your resume

•    Fluent in German with a good level of English
•    Excellent IT skills
•    Ability to think on your feet and troubleshoot problems effectively
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•    Previous experience in a customer contact centre would be a bonus!
