German Customer Support Executive

Job Description

Due to the increased growth of our client in Malta, we are looking for a highly motivated and energetic German Customer Support Executive to join our team.

This person should be an enthusiastic team player with a natural obsession for customer service, who would compliment our dedicated team of Customer Support Executives.  

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Acting as a first point of contact between customers and our respective brands
  • Providing first line support to customers via email, phone and live chat in a professional and responsible manner
  • Ensuring the highest level of support is delivered to customers per agreed standards
  • Aiming to resolve all issues at first point of contact
  • Liaising with other departments to resolve customer queries in a prompt manner
  • Contribute to the development of new products and services, based on customer feedback
  • Undertake any other administrative duties that will directly improve customer experience and add further value to the team and the company
  • Work in a team, support team members and contribute to a good atmosphere on the job

Requirements:

  • Native fluency in the German language and strong command of the English language
  • An obsession with customer experience and demonstrating the written and verbal communication skills necessary to support our esteemed clients
  • A team player with a flexible approach to collaborate with colleagues
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude
  • Ability to take direction and feedback constructively
  • Trustworthy and able to maintain focus even when under minimum supervision
  • Previous experience in a Customer Service environment would be considered an asset
