German Customer Support to exciting iGaming client in Malta

About our client:
Our client was founded in 2016 and provides operative services to other companies. They provide customer service on behalf of the company, perform risk analysis and document verification and processing as well as payments and transaction processing. They offer a variety of services that focuses on increased productivity and customer satisfaction. The head office is located in Malta, while their newly opened branch office is in Berlin. They are 35 employees at the moment with 10 different nationalities and are run by 3 Swedes with a combined experience of over 20 years in the industry.

 

The role: As a Customer Service Agent, you will be representing our clients, on their behalf.
You will be assisting our client's customers via live chat and email correspondence with anything from how to register an account or report if they experience any technical issues. From helping with navigating our client's websites to informing customers about ongoing promotions.

 

Your profile: You're happy, social and find it easy to communicate with other people. You enjoy helping others and you have a great attitude towards people and work. You are eager to learn new things, such as how a Casino slot actually works.

You also possess the following traits

  • Fluent in German, both in speech and writing
  • Proficient to fluent in English speech and writing
  • Good basic computer knowledge and you know how to navigate a website
  • Ability to write 50 words per minute or more on a keyboard
  • Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not a necessity
