German Fashion Customer Service

Job Description

As a customer support agent for a major online fashion retailer, you will be providing in-bound support via voice, email, web chat and social media communication channels. 

This role would be particularly suited for applicants with an interest in fashion, and the flexible contract options in the role make this an excellent role for someone desiring flexibility when they relocate to sunny Lisbon.

Our client aims to deliver an exceptional service experience through the passion of their people, working in fields ranging from gaming, to sales, retail and tourism. They provide support across 33 different languages and operate in a challenging, vibrant and multilingual, multicultural environment.

Job Specification

Fluency in German and English, written and spoken is essential. Applicants should have excellent customer service skills with proven past customer service experience, attention to detail, and a warm and genuine personality. An interest in fashion or previous experience working in fashion or retail would be an advantage.
