German Fashion Service Advisor - Christmas

We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor for a leading Fashion Brand.

Main tasks

-Take incoming customer calls (via telephone, email, voicemail, pager, or other automated alerts) and solve users' demands related to orders (complaints, refunds, recommendations, etc.)

-Maintain service and product knowledge and expertise associated with applications specific to individual customers.

We offer

-Part-time, temporary contract: 35 hours/week, in different shifts: Monday to friday from 8.00 to 15 or from 15.00 to 22.00
-Salary:14299Euros gross/year + up 1243Euros gross/year in bonus
-Temporary position for Christmas, 2 months aprox.

 

Requirements

-High/native level of German
-Fluent English
-Working knowledge of IT Platform, equipment, and applications: Windows/MS Office/ internet configuration
-Good disposition to work in a customer service environment
-Customer care skills - ability to listen to and understand the customers' need
-Ability to take ownership of, and progress calls to resolution or to escalate call to resolution
