German Customer Service

Job Description

We are recruiting for a fluent German speaking financial Customer Service Representative for our client, a global financial customer-support outsourcing company based in Milton Keynes. Our client works closely with a number of very well-known financial institutions, processing and solving their customers’ card payment queries and can provide full training.

The right candidate will be joining a very friendly German team within a professional and lively company. As you will be working with English and German speaking colleagues you must have a good level of English and an excellent level in German, which will be tested at interview stage. The clients must believe they are speaking to someone in Germany.

In this role you will be supporting German speaking customers of Deutsche Bank and you will be the main point of contact for their card queries. You will investigate each individual case, ensuring that the customer is being kept up-to-date until resolution. You will primarily be communicating on the phone and by email with the customers, answering their questions and communicating any updates on their cases. You do not need to have previous experience of the financial sector as thorough training will be provided.

Our client is looking for someone who is fluent in German to native level - both oral and written, ideally from a customer-focused background. You will have experience in dealing with customer queries and have excellent attention to detail as well as clear and professional communication skills and a friendly, professional telephone manner

You would be working 40 hours per week, 7.00am-4.00pm Monday to Friday. This is an exciting opportunity which will give you excellent financial and customer service experience as well as the chance to learn new skills for different parts of the services you will be providing to the customers.
