German Gaming Support

Job Description

Our client works with some of the most well-known global brands across nearly 50 countries, supporting more than 60 languages and still they offer every individual member of their team an individual experience....So, whether you are looking for a contract of 6 months or more, or wishing to work towards a permanent position the flexibility for relocators and local applicants is exceptional as is the location in beautiful Portugal.

 You will be the Customer Support Agent supporting a major developer, marketer, publisher and distributor of video games, acting as first point of contact for customers via telephone and email.

You should have the following skills:

Native level German language (both written and verbal), with B1 level English
Ability to solve problems
Strong coordination and organisational skills to effectively interact with customers.
Be able to demonstrate expertise with a computer, internet, internet applications and Microsoft Windows and basic programmes as a user
Have 6 months outstanding customer service experience in a service driven environment
Having a keen interest and passion for gaming is a must


Start Date: 5th October

€1100 includes accomodation
