German IT Sales Executive

Job Description

Our client is a leading outsourcing company with an international client base from Telecoms to gaming and online service providers. They pride themselves on providing a professional yet fun working environment. With locations in Asia, Europe, Latin America and the US and supporting over 30 languages, they provide their employees with the opportunity to work beyond their normal daily tasks to assist in projects and the development of new skills.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on behalf of major IT companies as a Sales Executive, in an exciting role in Belfast, Northern Ireland. You will join our client's Renewals Center, an expertise center dedicated to work for some of the world's most successful IT companies. Contacting existing clients you will be tasked with building and managing excellent relations with the clients assigned to you and work towards renewing their contracts to maximize revenue.

You will be experienced in high volume outbound dialing and will strive to exceed call targets. You will be expected to achieve KPIs including renewal rates, adherence, quality, and any other deemed necessary. The ideal candidate would be ambitious and keen to develop within this role.

Tourism is thriving too, with new visitors discovering our humour, hospitality, scenery and quality of life. Job Specification

  • Fluency in German and English both written and spoken is essential.
  • A minimum of 1 year experience in a sales environment (B2B preferred) with proven ability to work towards targets
  • Self motivated and team player mindset 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • IT literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is desired, along with knowledge of CRM solutions (
