A working day in Sykes Team includes some of the above activities and responsibilities:

• assuring ongoing language development for Customer Support Representatives for the given language
• implementing linguistic programs as Sykes Language Academy and Language Improvement Program
• developing linguistic programs for both oral and written skills
• assessing language skills according to the CEF standards for existing staff and during recruitment
• collecting data on language improvement needs
• creating actions plans and reporting progress
• delivering language training sessions
• cooperating with operational leaders
