German Mobile Gaming Support

Job Description

 You will be the Customer Support for a major  developer, marketer, publisher and distributor of mobile games, acting as first point of contact for customers via telephone and email.

You should have the following skills:

Native level German language and fluent English language skills (both written and verbal)
Ability to solve problems
Strong coordination and organisational skills to effectively interact with customers.
Be able to demonstrate expertise with a computer, internet, internet applications and Microsoft Windows and basic programmes as a user
Have 6 months outstanding customer service experience in a service driven environment
Having a keen interest and passion for gaming is a must
