German Product Support Advisor

Job Description

We are currently looking for a Product Support Advisor for a leading company in the Printing Sector

Main Taks

-First Level technical support of products such as (printer, scanner, digital camera, data- and video-projectors) for consumers and business customers
-Presales support and handling of enquiries from sales platform
-Reseller support 
-Up-selling of consumables, extended warranties and accessories, both from converting inbound calls into a sale and through follow-up calls of a selected customer base
-Sales of extended warranties and repair services

Languages required

-Native level of German
-Fluent English

Technical qualifications

-Profound knowledge of Windows OS 
-Knowledge of Macintosh OS
-Good knowledge of applications such as MS Office, image editing tools and/or other relevant applicants
-Profound knowledge of hardware components
-Very good understanding of technical issues
-Experience in hardware support, preferentially by phone or E-mail
-Preferentially strong technical background or technical formation
-Experience in troubleshooting guidelines
-Strong sales focus
