German Web Support Analyst

Job Description

Delegate International are now working with this impressive team based in Dublin, you will be working on their client’s site in a leading central Dublin business park, representing a huge well-known brand.

The Product Support Analyst is an immediate start working in an international and professional environment. Providing product / application support you will be analysing and troubleshooting issues relating to online adverts. You will have knowledge of HTML and Javascript, to work on coding errors, creating HTML pages and identifying UI errors.

We are ideally looking for applicants who are already located in Ireland or who are willing to relocate independently. However we are willing to discuss with all suitably skilled applicants.

Full training is given however the following skills are essential:

Fluent in written and verbal German and English

You will have at least 1-2 years’ experience in a similar position (online operations)

Experience troubleshooting, hardware and software Experience in a Technical Support focused environment will be advantageous

Analytical minded, with an advanced of knowledge of HTML and Javascript

Be IT literate and have experience in using Microsoft  packages and good knowledge of operating systems/servers: Windows 98/2000/2003, XP
