German Recruitment Manager

Job Description

Our client is a worldwide leader in Customer Experience Management. They have around 4000 employees, providing services to 50 countries in 25 different languages. They have been considered one of the best companies in Portugal to work for over the last five years.

As a Recruitment Manager you will be responsible for following closely recruitment partners in Outsourcing in Germany (recruitment agencies). You will work directly in Germany where the partners are located and be the bridge between our client and German Recruitment Agencies. You should follow existing recruitment agencies, with regular visits to their facilities, guaranteeing recruitment processes optimization. Will also search for new partners and negotiate with them, with the purpose of optimizing the delivery at a qualitative and quantitative level.

You will also be charged with creating recruitment reports, monitoring the applications Data Base daily, and fulfilling daily communication with recruitment agencies and recruiters.

Job Specification

You must be near native fluent in German and English, written and verbal. Considerable experience in Recruitment and Selection, preferably multilingual recruitment with experience in contact centre environments.

You must have proven leadership skills, good communication and organisational skills, and have the ability to make decisions under high levels of stress. You just also have a corporative attitude and team spirit.
