Sales Support Rep – German – Amersfoort

Our international client who are globally at the forefront in their niche technical field are looking for a proactive, independent and responsible Sales Support Rep for their German market. The Sales
Support Rep is a pivotal position within the Sales Team. This person must be detailed oriented,
possess the ability to multitask, work effectively with little supervision, have good computer skills, be proactive and be flexible within a constantly changing environment. The successful candidate will have good customer relations and administrative skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.

Main Tasks :

  • Maintain close relationships and contact with important Accounts/Clients and end users
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service
  • Enter customer orders accurately into the system
  • Ensure database accuracy with updates as required
  • Assist in resolving client issues when resolutions are available and know when to get a Team Leader or RSM involved
  • Follow up on evaluations products and demo products
  • Attend trade shows whenever necessary
  • Support Sales staff Managers in the field
  • Ensure customers and team members are updated regarding ship dates, planning and product issues.


  • Fluency in English and German (preferably native or fluent level)
  • Education on HBO/MBO+ level.
  • Excellent Computer skills (Microsoft office, ERP systems).
  • Strong level of accuracy, detail oriented, be able to work with deadlines
  • Ability to keep sensitive information confidential.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and requests.
  • Preferably 2 years of experience in a similar position
  • Sales Orientated
