German / Turkish Speaking Customer Support Agent

Job Description

My client is looking to expand their German Customer Support team. Within the i-Gaming sector there are endless avenues and career paths you can take and this opportunity to become a Customer Support with one of the largest I-gaming companies.

 

Duties:

 

  • Representing the company as the first point of contact for the clients customers
  • Ability to meet targets and deadlines
  • Ability to work within a team and have an honest and valuable input towards the team structure
  • Must show excellent communication skills within the German and Turkish languages
  • Flexibility with working flexible hours (weekends and evening shifts)
  • Have the ability to show first class customer experience to all customers

 

Skills required:

 

  • Experienced in high volume customer  service skills
  • Experience in writing and communication to customers correspondence
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi task
  • Must be confident in the German and Turkish language and have exceptional written and oral skills within the English language
  • Customer service/call centre experience is essential
  • Experience in high volume customer care is preferred but not essential
  • Proficient in MS office and general internet understandings
  • An understanding of I-Gaming is preferred but not essential
  • Self motivated and results orientated is essential
