German Social Media Specialist

Our Client, an American leader in online display and advertising, is currently recruiting for German speaking candidates to join their international team in Barcelona. This company is looking for passionate and talented candidates specialized in Social Media to provide their client with top quality services and solutions.

The Job.

- Provide first class customer satisfaction at all times and do whatever is necessary to support our customers 
- Ensure correct presentation of the customer's corporate and brand images in all interactions
- Handle incoming customer contacts through social media (Facebook, Twitter, etc)
- Edit, publish and share daily content that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
- Track user - generated content, inform to brand proactively if action is needed - social media listening
- Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions
- Take brand ownership and provide the vision, mission, goals and strategies 
- Includes not only customer service requests, but any requests on the social web
- Enrich and localize the knowledge database from new incoming contacts
- Set up templates and guidelines
- Set up macros

The Profile.

- You have an excellent level of German and English
- You have Min. 2 years of as Community Manager / Social Media Specialist
- You are an expert and professional user in any social media platform
- You have very good knowledge of platforms and metrics 
- You have strong analytical and attention to details 
- You have the ability to handle several tasks at the same time and strong prioritization skills
- You have excellent communication skills – both written and oral
- You have the ability to quickly adapt to changing situation
- You have the ability to work in stressful environment, with deadlines
- You have a prrofessional attitude and commitment in your work
- You have the ability to work independently and as part of a team
