What are we looking for?
We are currently looking for a go getter longing to work abroad: to work in Dublin Ireland, as we are looking to fill a German speaking admin position for a well-known insurance company.
What will you do?
This German speaking job involves the processing of insurance claims under a strict deadline (48 hours) as well as working closely with others within other departments, making sure each claim reaches the correct specialist. It will be up to you to ensure that all German speaking customers' claims are resolved in a professional and timely manner.
We are looking for a German speaker with previous experience in administrative support and a small bit in customer service.
In terms of working hours you will be working in shifts i.e. from Sunday to Thursday or Monday to Friday.

Who are we looking for?
To be considered for this German speaking job in Administrative support we are looking for a fluent English speaker and a (near) native German speaker. Ideally you have previous experience in admin support and some in customer service. You will need a good eye for detail and prove to us that you can work under pressure.

Interview & Salary
Applying for this German speaking job has an interesting process, a telephone interview and if successful you will be asked to fly over to Dublin for a face-to-face interview. Lastly you will be asked to compete a number of tests to examine your accuracy over the computer. You will be working 43 hour weeks and it is important to note that for any overtime that you work you will get it back in either extra holiday days or pay.
In terms of Salary for this Admin job, you will receive a competitive €25,000 with a good possibility of growth. As well as that our client (the company) will help you with the relocation and paperwork involved in the process.
