German Speaking Administration Executive

Job Description

My client are a very successful and well-respected business within the Travel industry currently recruiting for a German Speaking Administrator. As an Administration Executive you will have varied responsibilities across the business, including making amendments and changes to bookings as well as dealing with any ad-hoc enquiries our customers and the trade. The successful applicant will, in addition to the skills listed below, be hardworking, able to adapt quickly to new tasks and to have the ability to work under pressure.

Main Duties for German Speaking Administrator:

• To assist with operational tasks and queries in the pre departure administration team and to ensure that they are looked into and followed through to a prompt conclusion in line with company policy.
• Produce and dispatch travel documentation
• Sending out booking confirmations and invoice
• Action any urgent agent queries

Skills Needed for German Speaking Administrator:

• Excellent communication skills and a good telephone manner in both English and German
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure
• Keen, flexible attitude with the ability to multitask
• Experience with spread sheets and the Internet
• Previous experience within a travel administration role is desirable but not a necessity.
