German Speaking Administrator


€25,000 + bonus + relocation assistance

Start date 21st March 2016.

Job Duties

The majority of the role involves reviewing accounts and activity on these and deciding action that needs to be taken in the event of fraudalent activity.

You will complete your investigation using multiple resources including customer contact, reviewing account activity, phone matches, IP Search, and various websites, etc.

You will be responsible for advising the customer of the processes and how to maintain better account security to prevent future risks.
The role also involes reviewing transactions and deciding if these or authentic or fraudalent activity has taken place.

The role involves dealing with customers by phone, email etc to request additional information when required and keep them updated throughout the process regards their account status.

Experience required:

Candidates should have at least 12 months customer service experience and have attention to detail and excellent problem solving skills

Candidates should have good general computer skills and have fluent German and English.
