German speaking Customer Care Assistant-JO-1512-38574

Job Description

For our multinational client we are looking for 
German Speaking Customer Care Assistants


  • At least intermediate level of English AND fluency in German
  • Stress-resistant personality
  • Accuracy, customer-focused attitude
  • Good knowledge of ExcelSAP is an advantage
  • Min 1 year relevant experience in a multinational environment (customer relation / call center/ IT helpdesk/ supply chain management) is an advantage

Key roles:

  • Manage client contracts
  • Make sure orders are placed, released and shipped in due time
  • Handle customer claims in a proper manner
  • Track orders and manage day to day communication with customers
  • Manage customer database
  • Creation and dispatch of service requests
  • Ensure accurate service request status
  • Close service request on time with required data
  • Manage service related customer claims
  • Resolve issues and participate in improvement planning
