German Speaking Customer Care Professional

We at Manpower are currently recruiting for Bilingual (German and English speaking) Customer Service Representatives on behalf of our client, American Express. American Express is a world leader in charge and credit cards, travel, business services and travellers cheques. American Express have proudly grown into one of the World's most recognised and respected service brands.

The main responsibilities of the role include checking potentially fraudulent transactions with card members, processing new account applications and authorising transactions for merchants. This would be executed with the highest levels of professionalism & service that maintains the brand whilst protecting shareholder losses.

Person Profile Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high quality and business profit. A natural forward planner that critically assesses own performance. Professional, credible, and comfortable in dealing with all levels of the organisation. Reliable, tolerant, and determined. Required Skills

Must be business level fluent in the German language Previous Call Centre experience desirable. Highly assertive. Able to use negotiation and relationship management skills to provide win-win outcomes. Ability to deal with difficult situations professionally, and the ability to learn wide variety of technical and business skills. Excellent interpersonal skills; communication (verbal & written)
