German Speaking Customer Service Advisors

Cambridge, East Anglia, England

£19,740  + shift allowances

Job Duties:

Assisting German speaking customers by inbound phone calls and responding to emails providing a high level of customer service.

Candidates must be prepared to work 40 hours a week and be available between 7am to 10pm including weekends.

Essential Criteria:

  • Have strong customer service experience.
  • Be able to work independently ad has part of a team.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and German.
  • In possession of a valid work-permit for the UK.
  • Relocation offered if successful – flight paid for family and 2 weeks accommodation provided.
