German speaking Customer Service Advisor

Job Description

Advancing People - Multilingual Recruitment Specialists are now recruiting for a German speaking Customer Service Advisor for their client based in Coventry. As a German speaking Customer Service Advisor it will be your responsibility to work with Clients & Customers based in the German speaking region providing excellent customer service via phone & email ensuring enquiries are dealt with in a prompt and professional manner.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Receive incoming calls

• Deliver high quality customer service

• Contact customers to advise o changes to orders

• Process claims for investigation via the Warehouse

• Maintain accurate data input to ensure correct orders

• Order reporting

• Monitor customer credit and credit increases as required by client

• Raise proforma invoices

Person Specification:

• Strong customer focus and professional approach

• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written • Ability to work effectively as part of a team

• Good computer skills

• Positive "can do" attitude

• Fluent in German

This is for a 6 month contract but offering full time hours and offering a competitive salary of up to £25,000 plus attractive company benefits!
