German speaking customer support

Job Description

One of the worlds leading brands is looking to recruit new and enthusiastic German speaking talent to their customer engagement team based in Lisbon, Portugal.

Requirements: 

  •  Native level of written and verbal communication skills of German
  •  Moderate English skills (B2 level)
  • Work permit for Portugal (EU citizen)
  • Minimum age of 18 year 
  • Client-oriented attitude, with a willingness for helping others
  • Good reasoning and analytical skills
  • Friendly proactive attitude and a great communicator when in a challenging environment.
  • Good multi-tasking and typing skills
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Windows® and Microsoft Office® or equivalents
  • Experience in handling customer queries over the phone (preferred)
