The Role 

You will become an expert on our sportsbook and casino brands and services! You will keep up to date with our new offers, services, and campaigns to provide the customer with the best possible service. You will direct your positive energy to chats and emails, and will be assisting our customers with any queries they might have. No day is the same and that is what makes this role so exciting!


Sharing your ideas to keep improving our system is important to us, so providing valuable feedback to Team Leaders and Country Managers is a significant part of your role. This is how we make sure we stay on top of the game! Occasionally, you'll be taking on side tasks like translating our material from English to the languages you are fluent in and keeping your knowledge fresh and up to date.


The Requirements

  • Native level of German and fluency in English
  • Analytical approach of problem solving
  • Ability to solve complex issues for the customers
  • Right work mentality (including the willingness to work in 24/7 shifts and weekends)
  • Previous experience in dealing with Customers (in a retail role, Customer Service etc.)
  • Ability to multitask
  • Additional language skills will be considered as a bonus
