German speaking customer support needed for Dublin

What is the job?
We are currently looking for a German speaking Sales administrator for a small After Sales operation in Dublin. The job is a combination of German customer support to corporate clients and German admin support. Given our client is a small operation expect a variety of tasks to be completed throughout the day. The German Sales administrator will deal with the whole DACH region and therefore you need to be able to understand all the different accents. Given the size of our client don’t expect 4 weeks of class room training in this German speaking job in Dublin. You will be thrown in the deep end very quickly.

Who is our Client?
Our client is a North American company who has set up a small operation in Dublin. They only employ around 20 to 30 people in Dublin city centre. They sell very popular and well-designed products that people buy every year due to the quality of the product.

Who are we looking for?
To be considered for the German speaking job in Dublin you will need to be near native German and being able to understand and communicate with the whole DACH region. Furthermore you have some office or contact centre experience and knows why good customer service and speedy administration is important. Furthermore you love to be part of a small operation and happy to be hands on.

Where is this job based?
This job is based in the City centre of Dublin. Based on the South side it is within walking distance from both Luas lines and easy to reach by Dart.

Interview process and Salary
Our client will only do face to face interviews and looking to do so on short notice. The starting salary is €25500.
