German Speaking iGaming Customer Care to Malta

The role

Your playing field

  • During the first 6-8 weeks you will learn everything that is important for the position in a paid training
  • After that you will be the first contact person (m/f/d) for our customers and communicate with them via e-mail and live chat
  • You are always informed about our promotions and offers
  • We promote continuous education and offer regular training to learn and refresh knowledge, market trends and best practices
  • We are #oneteam - You work closely and cross-functionally with other teams such as Responsible Gaming, AML, Payments and Marketing
  • You support our team with new ideas and suggestions for improvement 

Qualifications
With this you score points with us:

  • Fluent showering knowledge. As the #1 sports betting provider on the German-speaking market, this is a prerequisite for communicating with our German-speaking customers.
  • Good knowledge of English. Our team consists of more than 30 different nationalities who work together. English is also the official language of your new home, Malta.
  • Customer oriented. You enjoy interacting with customers and solving their problems.
  • Technically inclined. You can work with common MS Office programs and quickly learn to use new systems, such as our self-developed backend system (Ebet) and Salesforce.  
  • Multi-tasking. You are able to work in a dynamic environment and are able to handle 3 chats at the same time.
  • Flexible. You are ready to work in shifts from Monday to Sunday between 8am and midnight.
