German Speaking IT Support Manager Krakow

What will you do in this job?
As a IT Support manager, you will be working closely and providing technical support to our client's helpdesk and I.M. Support teams, so we are looking for a highly technical German speaker for this IT Support Manager Job. As well as that you will also be providing IT Support to customers and end user too. You will be required to monitor phone queues, email box's closing tickets and follow up with customers and vendors.

Who are we looking for?
To become the next German IT Support manager, we are looking for a near native German speaker with a good knowledge of English. You have previous experience in a call centre in Technical and Customer Service. You have experience in a management role working as a supervisor in the management of a tech support/ helpdesk centre.
We are looking for a German speaker who has a good working knowledge of Windows operating systems, support for laptops, desktop and printers and Microsoft Office. You are familiar with KPIs, SLAs and targets.

Interview & Salary
